In-Spirit Message Received By khf For Week of August 6, 2018

development of a deeper understanding of truth and evolution.

HORSE RIDER
“I’m a horse rider. I compete.” That is how this energy connected. She expressed that she puts horses through their paces and lands jumps. But she admitted that she cheated through “accidents;” though she did not explain this. She disclosed that she got caught and was disgraced as a result.
“We’re all connected,” she went on to say. “What one person does—good or bad—affects others. Her actions, she confessed, devastated her parents. They forgave her, but she cannot forgive herself. She says she is in limbo, searching and searching…endless searching.
Her aching energy suggests that she is disconnected from her real, eternal self—her inner self—that she is blinded to what she is searching for…connection with her own soul and all the strength it would offer her. She remains a restless soul searching in all the wrong places.
(It is not clear if this energy is in-spirit or still on the earth plane. Regardless, she is a lost soul struggling (unnecessarily) with the powerful energies of shame and self-torment.)

LONELY MAN WHO IS NOT LONELY
A beautiful, loving-heart spirit energy connected calling himself a naturalist. He showed himself wearing the cap of a confederate soldier, suggesting that he was in the Civil War during his earth life. He lived in the North Carolina woods and said he was no more than a boy when he was forced to fight.
He’s always loved nature, he said, especially trees. He feels that trees are his soul family. In-spirit he spends all his time roaming the earth plane and tending to trees, giving them tender, loving energy. He cares for the trees alone but he is never lonely. This beautiful, contented, loving spirit energy says that tending to and loving trees is his heaven.

SISTER ANN
This spirit energy first connected surrounded by potent love, indicating that she was much loved by others and that she reciprocated that love.
Initially she was reluctant to “speak,” as if she was fearful of rejection. I wanted her to be comfortable speaking/communicating. If she decided to speak, I wanted it to be of her own free will and for her to feel safe with what she revealed. A few minutes of white light energy followed before she decided to speak.
She suggested that she passed due to throat cancer. And that she lived by the ocean and loved the beach. She said that she was a Catholic nun—her name is Sister Ann. She revealed that she was the nun everyone expected her to be, only it was superficial. Sister Ann now sees that while on the earth plane she needed to listen less and learn more.
Now that she’s in-spirit, she is searching for her soul, indicating that this is a (multi-layered) process. Sister Ann says that she regrets that she ignored what she needed to see while she was in physical form. However, she is working toward resolving this in-spirit.

JOY AND CONSEQUENCES
This spirit energy first connected with the sensation of itching skin, specifically facial. Joy and consequences!—he communicated this with joy, referring to his earth job as a researcher/scientist who studied pathogens, microbes and manipulating cells. Often he used himself as a subject, applying irritants/substances to his skin (hence, the itching) and enjoying the consequences, as that meant information and progress. He was/is into perspective and gained great joy from his work.
On the earth plane he enjoyed great love from his wife and died a contented man.
On the spirit plane he says he continues to work/study microbes, pathogens and manipulating cells and that there are teams in-spirit that do this. They study and learn. He says that what they learn goes into the greater whole of consciousness and is made available to those scientists and researchers on the earth plane involved in similar work. This information (lodged in the greater consciousness) is available when scientists and researchers connect their studies with what is already waiting in the greater consciousness. (This appears to be an automatic, universal process fostered by the connections of intention, determination and tenacity.) This, he says, is how advancements are and can be made. This spirit energy is extremely joyful that he gets to continue his beloved work.
