In-Spirit Message
The fundamental purpose of inter-consciousness/spirit energy communication is
development of a deeper understanding of truth and evolution.

JOY-FUL LIGHT
Joy is her name though she did not live a joyful earth life in England where she worked in a factory near her home. All the buildings were brick and the air was polluted with smoke, gases, and toxic fumes. She demonstrated how uncomfortable her death from emphysema was--I felt the compression in my chest.
Wanting to live up to her name—Joy—on the spirit plane, she followed its meaning and it is now her mission to spread “light seeds” into dark places. Joy sows seeds of light that “others” help grow.

BECOMING REAL
In his earth life he was an accomplished professional from Boston, wedged into a neat and tidy tan suit with a starched white shirt complimented by a conservative tie. He smoked a pipe which unfortunately led to cancer of the mouth and jaw which led to his passing.
Professional Man revealed himself talking as a woman indicating that on the physical plane he was a woman inside. He showed the thick smokescreen he lived behind both literally and figuratively, and how he hid his true self for his entire earth life.
His spirit energy was accompanied by a smallish, short haired dog with big eyes that looked like a beagle. Professional Man said that his canine (spirit) companion is helping him to “be real.” It reminded me of the Velveteen Rabbit. Only in this story the “human” is becoming real with the help of an animal.

MENAGERIE
One by one they began showing up: a long-necked duck; a hummingbird; a moose; two little dogs nuzzling each other; a squirrel; a bear; a turtle. They narrated in a collective “voice” saying that they nurture each other on the spirit plane. Where there is an animal, there is love. Animals connect to humans heart-to-heart in a very powerful way.
They are not bothered by the current culture that mocks emotional support animals since this means that a wave of understanding and notice of the important role animals play and can play in making heart connections and giving emotional support is entering the universal consciousness. Where there is an animal, there is love.
But, I wondered, what about aggressive animals? Fear, was the response, along with a question for me: What is aggression anyhow?

SEA CAPTAIN
With his slicked back gray hair and neatly trimmed salt and pepper moustache and goatee, and extra large black-rimmed glasses, this male energy in his mid 50s could have been sporting an ascot, though he wasn’t. He’d been a sea captain of some sort, nothing upscale. Along the way, Sea Captain became a heavy gambler and lost major amounts of money leaving him in serious debt. I experienced his pain and stress that manifested as migraines and eventually as a fatal heart attack. He left his wife and children mired in debt that they had to remedy. Sea Captain deeply regrets his actions and the grief he created for his loved ones. He wishes that he did not leave such a bad legacy that is going to extend to all time.
On the spirit plane Sea Captain teaches acting—he’s colorful, flamboyant and expressive, which explains the ascot energy.
Acting? (I admit to being somewhat snarky.)
“Recreation,” Sea Captain responded, not taking my snarky bait.
Apparently, recreation is part of soul development, a re-direction of negative energy into positive, creative energy.
Sea Captain longs to contact his family and to make amends. He longs to correct his legacy from the self-centered gambler who abandoned his mess for his family to clean up, to the force for positive he has become by the changes he’s made within himself.

VEGAS SHOWGIRL
This female energy connected as a gorgeous young woman in full Vegas showgirl regalia—all feathered plumes and stage make-up. That was the “show.” Her energy read worn out and tired. She revealed images of herself on her knees in degrading, submissive sexual scenes. She said she was used and damaged sexually, a dark and oppressive burden she carried with her for her entire earth life and continues to carry on the spirit plane.
She showed images of herself as a beautiful, happy bride with her handsome groom. But the marriage could not be sustained under the burden of her depression.
She indicated that she died by just fading away, withering beneath the dark burden that consumed her entire being.
Her guidance showed me a white door that this spirit energy can open and walk through at any time. But she has not yet generated the energy to begin the lifting of the burden she’s been carrying since she was desecrated by sexual violence.
She is lost. She does not have to be.

An Update
MARY PATRICIA
An image of an elder woman in her mid-to-late 80s came into view. Her gray hair was pulled back into a low bun, but it was a wig, which she removed. Her energy revealed that she’d been in physical rehab for quite a while—months. She is still on the earth plane and is having difficulties with her adult granddaughters.
This woman’s energy says that she may look old and be old in the eyes of the culture, but in fact she is fine, healthy and capable. (This is symbolized by the removal of the old-woman wig.) Evidently her granddaughters do not see her as capable and healthy and just want to keep her safe, which means confined in some way.
Enter Mary Patricia, my mother, revealing herself with a dozen or more sparkling diamonds on her forehead indicating that she has evolved to a very high spiritual level. My mother says that she is “counseling” this grandmother through the form of inspiration, using her now accomplished skills and abilities with words, empathy and understanding.
Mary Patricia indicated that this grandmother has been praying for guidance/help. *As Mary Patricia endured a similar situation on the earth plane when her caregivers constantly told her that she was too old, too weak, and too fragile to do much, she’s been presented with this opportunity to assist this grandmother with her dilemma.
My mother indicates that there are helpers on the spirit plane who answer “prayers” (appeals for guidance). She likened it to the letters that go to Santa Clause at the North Pole where Santa’s “helpers” answer the letters.
